Nous avons plusieurs d\u00e9partements, et dans mon portefeuille, je g\u00e8re plusieurs directeurs que j\u2019accompagne dans la gestion de leurs ressources, leurs recrutements et dans l\u2019ensemble des processus RH tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Cela inclut le cycle RH, avec la fixation des objectifs, les \u00e9valuations, ainsi que l\u2019accompagnement des collaborateurs dans la gestion de leur carri\u00e8re, leurs besoins RH, leurs orientations, l\u2019int\u00e9gration des nouvelles ressources, les recrutements et la mobilit\u00e9 interne.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u2019est-ce qui vous a pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 choisir Key Predict pour vos \u00e9valuations ?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>Ce qu\u2019il faut savoir, c\u2019est que la particularit\u00e9 du groupe dans lequel je travaille est que nous privil\u00e9gions des outils standardis\u00e9s, modernes et \u00e9prouv\u00e9s, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter de r\u00e9inventer la roue. C\u2019est dans ce cadre que nous avons choisi de collaborer avec des prestataires comme Key Predict qui nous proposent des&nbsp;<strong>outils bien structur\u00e9s et fiables<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>Nos observations ont montr\u00e9 que Key Predict propose des&nbsp;tests diversifi\u00e9s et pointus, adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation des profils et des m\u00e9tiers. Bien qu\u2019il n\u2019y ait pas une multitude de tests m\u00e9tiers, il en existe quelques-uns et ces outils nous permettent d\u2019am\u00e9liorer nos processus d\u2019\u00e9valuation des talents au sein de l\u2019entreprise. Nous avons constat\u00e9 que les synth\u00e8ses fournies sont plus fluides, plus claires et vont directement \u00e0 l\u2019essentiel, en accord avec nos objectifs. En termes de restitution, les rapports sont facilement exploitables, aussi bien pour les collaborateurs \u00e9valu\u00e9s que pour les managers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment les outils Key Predict s\u2019int\u00e8grent-ils \u00e0 vos pratiques de recrutement ou de mobilit\u00e9 ?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>Nous int\u00e9grons les outils de Key Predict dans notre processus de recrutement. Lorsqu\u2019un candidat postule en externe, nous avons une \u00e9tape essentielle dans laquelle il doit passer des tests. Ces outils sont \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9s pour les recrutements internes, notamment pour la mobilit\u00e9, lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de comparer plusieurs candidats.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>L\u2019un des avantages majeurs est la possibilit\u00e9 de mener des campagnes d\u2019\u00e9valuation sur un groupe de candidats en vue d\u2019un m\u00eame poste. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un mapping pr\u00e9cis, nous pouvons identifier celui qui correspond le mieux au profil recherch\u00e9. Ces outils nous permettent \u00e9galement d\u2019<strong>\u00e9valuer le potentiel des collaborateurs<\/strong>, m\u00eame s\u2019ils n\u2019ont pas encore acquis toutes les comp\u00e9tences techniques requises. Nous mesurons ainsi leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9voluer vers de nouveaux m\u00e9tiers ou \u00e0 occuper des postes de niveau sup\u00e9rieur (N+1).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>Enfin, nous utilisons aussi dans nos processus d\u2019\u00e9valuation des talents, notamment avec des outils comme le&nbsp;<strong>Profil Pro 2<\/strong>&nbsp;ou encore&nbsp;<strong>l\u2019\u00e9valuation 360 Feedback<\/strong>, que nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 mise en place pour analyser le potentiel \u00e9volutif de nos collaborateurs.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.centraltest.fr\/solutions\/profil-pro-2?utm_medium=website&amp;utm_source=blog&amp;utm_campaign=generateur-utm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quels ROI avez-vous constat\u00e9s avec les outils Key Predict sur l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 des recrutements ?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>En termes de retour sur investissement, nous appr\u00e9cions particuli\u00e8rement Key Predict, car il garantit la transparence de nos processus d\u2019\u00e9valuation et nous permet de prendre des d\u00e9cisions fiables.
