Nous sommes une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 mission, labellis\u00e9e B Corp, et nous nous appuyons sur trois valeurs fondamentales qui structurent l\u2019ensemble de notre culture d\u2019entreprise : l\u2019impact, la co-cr\u00e9ation et l\u2019authenticit\u00e9. Ces valeurs sont essentielles dans notre mani\u00e8re de travailler, de collaborer et bien s\u00fbr de recruter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quels \u00e9taient vos principaux enjeux en mati\u00e8re de recrutement ?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>Notre principal d\u00e9fi \u00e9tait d\u2019identifier, au-del\u00e0 des comp\u00e9tences techniques, les comportements et les soft skills r\u00e9ellement n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00e9voluer chez Kimpa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>Au d\u00e9part, nous consacrions beaucoup de temps en entretien \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier l\u2019alignement des candidats avec nos valeurs. Mais nous nous sommes rapidement rendu compte que cela ne suffisait pas. Nous avions \u00e9galement besoin d\u2019\u00e9valuer certaines comp\u00e9tences comportementales essentielles \u00e0 notre environnement de travail, comme l\u2019autonomie, le solution mindset, l\u2019esprit entrepreneurial, la ma\u00eetrise de son expertise ou encore le sens des responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>Nous avons structur\u00e9 ces dimensions autour de cinq grands comportements cl\u00e9s que nous appelons les \u201cbehaviours\u201d chez Kimpa. Mais il restait une question importante : <strong>comment \u00e9valuer objectivement ces comportements lors d\u2019un entretien de recrutement ?<\/strong> C\u2019est ce qui nous a amen\u00e9s \u00e0 nous tourner vers les \u00e9quipes de Key Predict.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment les outils Key Predict vous ont-ils accompagn\u00e9s ?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n<p>L\u2019exp\u00e9rience a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement enrichissante, \u00e0 la fois pour les managers et pour les collaborateurs.
