Uncover talent beyond traditional career paths
Summarize this article with:

In a dynamic sector like temporary work, recruitment quality is a key challenge. To meet this challenge, Groupe Partnaire has adopted an innovative approach by leveraging Key Predict solutions. Three HR experts share their experiences: Carole Bouquet, Recruitment Consultant Manager for permanent contracts, Sandrine Hirel, HR Development and Labour Relations Manager, and Cathy Demouveaux, Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Could you tell us more about Groupe Partnaire?

Partnaire’s story is a true success story of a French family-owned company. It all began in 1987 when Philippe Gobinet acquired Secrétariat Mobile, the first temporary work agency created in France in 1952. Today, the group has over 900 employees and is a key player in HR solutions. Partnaire’s DNA lies in the diversity of its teams, combining commercial and HR expertise: experienced Branch Managers, passionate Recruitment Officers, and dynamic Business Managers, all supported by efficient support teams at the Orléans headquarters.

What are your main HR challenges this year?

Career development is at the heart of our HR strategy. Our approach stands out with a personalised talent development framework based on three key pillars: internal promotion, professional and geographical mobility, and the development of specialised expertise. This vision is deeply rooted in our core values: Responsiveness, Responsibility, Proximity, and Operational Excellence – principles that guide everything we do.

What assessment solutions have you implemented to meet these challenges?

Our assessment strategy is tailored to different profiles. For support functions, we rely on a combination of Professional Profile 2 and Motivation+, which provide valuable insights into candidates’ key drivers. Commercial roles are assessed using Sales Profile-2, a crucial tool that helps us distinguish between “Hunters” and “Developers” – a key distinction in our field. For managerial positions, the CTPI-R test enables us to precisely identify leadership skills. This comprehensive suite of tools gives us an objective and complete view of talent.

What convinced you to integrate Key Predict’s assessment tools?

Key Predict’s real strength lies in its ability to reveal talent beyond traditional career paths. In our sector, personality matters more than experience. We look for key qualities: an exceptional ability to handle daily urgencies, a natural adaptability to changing situations, and, above all, a strong eagerness to learn – a game-changer in our industry. These tools help us identify hidden gems, whether they come from the temporary work sector or entirely different backgrounds.

The ability to detect potential has improved significantly. One of the best examples is transport Operations Managers who successfully transition into Branch Managers within our company. Once their soft-skills are identified through our tools, they prove to be perfectly suited to our needs. All that remains is to train them in our specific business processes – an investment that pays off through their success.

How do Key Predict’s tools help you build high-performing teams?

Diversity is our strength. Key Predict’s assessments help us make objective recruitment decisions and create truly personalised onboarding programmes. This tailored approach ensures a perfect match between individual aspirations and company needs, ultimately driving collective performance.

Professional Profile 2 has become our go-to tool. Its unique two-dimensional approach analyses 14 key aspects of professional personality. It acts as a powerful facilitator during interviews, enabling meaningful discussions about strengths and areas for development. The job matching insights it provides significantly enrich our decision-making process.

Would you recommend Key Predict to HR professionals, and why?

Absolutely. Key Predict has established itself as the benchmark in professional assessment. The reliability and relevance of its results, whether for personality analysis, managerial evaluation, or specific job competencies, make it an invaluable partner for any demanding recruiter.
